Traceline Bahamas provides free shipment for products to all customers. Due to the popularity of our products, the shipping process takes between 5-7 days. We have multiple warehouses globally, meaning we can comfortably deliver products to your location. Once we get your order and commence shipping, you are not allowed to cancel the order. Just sit tight and wait, it will be worth it in the end. If there are any problems during shipping, we’ll do our best to help you sort it out.

Also, for shipping, we required up to 2 weeks for delivery orders before they are listed as missing. After 3 weeks, you can request for a refund or a resend.

Our products will be delivered using a trackable and secure method. Whatever product you order, you can rest assured that you will receive it on time. With Traceline Bahamas you will not only save on shipping costs, you are also guaranteed to receive the shipment in its best condition. If that is not the case, we will provide a full refund.

RETURNS

Our procedure for return is hassle-free. You are free to return unused products within Ninety (30) days after delivery. Contact us immediately if you receive damaged items or non-damaged items with wrong specifications. Once we ascertain the damage or mistake, we will endeavor to pick up the product from an address near you.

Upon receipt of the product, we immediately commence processing for your full refund. It may take a few days to ascertain your order and the original method of payment. You will receive communication from us once we send the funds back to your account.
