Orders and Shipping

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Orders that are stored in our local warehouse will be dispatch and shipped the same day. Orders that are stored in our partnered warehouses from the USA, China & Europe will arrive in 10-15 business days.

How do I create an account?

You can go to the My Account and sign up for a free account. You can also make an account when you sign up for our newsletter or when you place a order.

How do I change my shipping address?

Shipping addresses can only be changed before the order is placed. When your order has been placed your shipping address cannot be changed. Should you have any question about your shipping please feel free to email [email protected]

How do I track the status of my order?

Each order receives a tracking code that will be sent to you via the email address you give us during checkout. You can track your order directly from our website or you can call us and speak with a customer service agent who will give you the status of your order.

Will you keep my credit card information on file?

No, we promise to not keep any customer credit card on file.

Do you charge VAT sales tax?

No, VAT sales tax is not charged at the moment.

Do you ship to the Family Island?

Yes, we ship to the family islands but all items that will be shipped to the Family islands will be charged and additional shipping fee. Please contact our support team for more detail.

Will my items come in one package?

Yes single order items will come in one package. But orders that are placed separate will be shipped in different packages.

What are your payment methods?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and PayPal payments.

How to refund my order?

We offer 100% refund before the order is shipped. Once it’s shipped we can’t refund since you would receive both goods and the money. If you want a refund after the order is shipped, you have to wait for the order to arrive and ship it back to our address. You can do so within 90 days since we have a 90 days money back guarantee.

My package arrived damaged what should I do?
Before we forward your order to the courier, we always ensure the quality of each product. However, there are many factors that might have resulted in your products to be damaged in the transit. Due to this, please contact us immediately on [email protected], and kindly give us a brief description together with the damaged product photos. We’ll solve it with you.

What are your return policy?

We advise before you return any damage or unfit items that you contact our customer service via Facebook, Phone contact or Email as they will help solve the concerning issue. Should you need to return the item our shipping address will be provided for your return.

My shipment information is not updating
Shipment may be delayed for some reasons such us due to bad weather, long Holidays, customs, a huge number of deliveries and backlogs. If it takes more than 4 weeks since the package was shipped, please contact us.
I haven’t received my order as yet
If you have not yet received your order within 4 weeks, please contact us immediately. Please note that we are not held liable for any incorrect shipping address and phone numbers provided by you.
